Iulian Sherman the founder of the factory     "I. Sherman integrated electronic packaging Ltd."

Iuli was born in 1949 in Iasi Romania.

He immigrated with his parents in 1963 and stayed in the city of Beit She'an.

His military services Iuli has done at the Gunners corps, antiaircraft unit.

Iuli began his professional working as employee at Monsel-Elbit, he worked there for a period of ten years.

In the early 1980's Iuli established a company in partnership with his brother in law,  what was called the "Sherman and laser", After several years in 1991 Iuli decided to expand the business  and established his  own company by the name of

"I . Sherman electronic packaging" , Following the development of the company, the new technology around, customer requirements, the scope of the task, the orders grew and more employees.

Iuli decided to build a new structure with the new standards, in the industrial zone Acco South of 7200 sqm.

In the early  of 1998, the company begins to populate the new structure.

Iuli  was venerated by employees, suppliers  and by customers of the company.  He always implanted confidence among the employees and supported them when necessary.

He was a role model that swept all employees. Iuli had left his  mark on the staff,  the manifested fact is, responsibility and moral values.

Iuli died in 1999, his vision continue to exist, being used for  grow and expand, by employees and managers who were educated by him and by his spirit.
